The shipping date depends on your order, city and payment method. Please note that reservation requests are not included within the standard shipping time summarized below.
Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed delivery. It also depends on the customer’s acceptance and setting the delivery date with the shipping team. In the event that the customer cannot be contacted on the specified date, then there will be a delay in delivering the shipment without any responsibility on the Virtual Reality Cities Company
Payment The website offers the possibility to purchase products or services through the website (online) and pay the required amount via the Internet according to the shipping and delivery service available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All cash transfers and payments, including licenses and financial entitlements, must be in Saudi riyals.
For online payments: We accept payment by using mada card, credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only) for cards issued by Saudi banks only through the electronic portal of our banking service provider. In the case of online payment, the customer will receive a notification on the screen as soon as the payment is accepted. We are not responsible if the payment is rejected or canceled by the credit card service provider for any reason. You should check with the bank providing the credit card service about the reason for the refusal.
We do not store your credit card information on the website. All information and details that you enter through the electronic payment gateway are encrypted for the purpose of security protection, and the correspondences circulated to and from the service provider's website are also encrypted.
We do not provide any of the payment information made through the site to other companies or individual parties unless it is requested by a legal official body. This information is processed by our paymaster.

Cancellation of the application by Virtual Reality Cities Company reserves the right to cancel the application for any of the following reasons

Products that are not in their original packaging, and products that have lost the original labels or serial numbers
In the event that the product is returned due to a defect in the product, a defect from the manufacturer, or as a result of damage during the delivery of the product, or due to the incorrect / wrong product being delivered, no additional fees for the shipping service or bank transfer fees (29 SAR) will be charged. In the event of a return for other reasons, (the customer needs to change the product or the customer’s desire has changed in general), shipping fees or bank transfer fees (29 riyals) will be charged to the customer.
In the event that the product is returned due to a product defect, manufacturer defect, damage during product delivery or incorrect/wrong delivery of the product, no additional charges will be charged for the shipping service. In the event of returns for other reasons, (the customer's need to change the product or the customer's desire has changed in general), a shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
When preparing to return the product, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories and instructions included. We do not accept returns on products that are scratched or damaged due to misuse or malfunction caused by using a mismatched volt. We reserve the right to agree to accept returns on products that do not meet the above criteria.
Virtual Reality Cities Company has the absolute right at any time to modify the terms and conditions of the website without prior notice or warning. You may access the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on the Website. If you do not accept the modifications to the terms and conditions, you must stop using this service.
If you continue to use this service, you implicitly agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions of using this website.
All parties require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to reserve a party date and time.
Payment in full is required upon completion of the party. Balances must be paid with cash or credit card (no checks, please).
The party center will supply all paper goods, balloons, pizza and beverages, and birthday cupcakes for the children. Adult food can be ordered from our catering menu. No outside food is permitted.
Specific party room requests will be honored based on the size of the party and availability. All requests must be received when booking the party.
The party center reserves the right to cancel a party if its employees or your guests are not able to safely travel to the facility due to severe weather or other extenuating circumstances. Should a party be cancelled due to weather, The party center will do its best to reschedule the party as soon as possible.
You may change your party date and package up to two weeks prior to the event. If you cancel your party within two weeks of the event, you will have the choice to re-book another date or use the amount of the deposit as a store credit. If you choose not to re-book the event, you will forfeit your deposit.
